The Inglewood Lawn Bowling Club is available for corporate or private rentals throughout the lawn bowling season.

  2. Download and complete the Rental Agreement.
  3. Mail completed Rental Agreement & payment to:

Rental Policy & Regulations

  1. Confirmation of your event dates will be mailed and/or emailed to you on receipt of completed Rental Agreement.
  2. Full payment for the rental is due by the time of the event.
  3. Payment may be in check or cash only. Makes checks payable to the “Inglewood Lawn Bowling Club”.
  4. Cancellations received before the day of the event will receive a full refund.
  5. In case of rain on the day of the event, the Inglewood Lawn Bowling Club retains the right to decide whether or not bowling and/or the facility rental can occur. If the Inglewood Lawn Bowling Club cancels the rental due to rain, a full refund will be given. If the renter wishes to use the clubhouse (without lawn bowling) despite the rain, the full rental fee will be charged.
  6. If alcohol is to be served,
    - Renter must submit a letter stating that the Renter is responsible for guests, has provisions for designated drivers, and will not serve alcohol to minors.
    - Renter is responsible for obtaining the required liquor permit, and to post the permit prominently on the Club’s bulletin board (outside the clubhouse entrance) at all times during the event.
  7. The club does not have a dress code, however footwear without a heel or heavy tread (e.g. sandals, flipflops, and flat-soled sneakers/shoes) are a must. Heeled sandals or shoes, boots, or bare feet are not permitted.
  8. Renter shall be responsible any damages occurring to the clubhouse, greens or equipment used over the course of the rental. In case of damage, the Club will restore the facility to the condition in which it was before the rental and bill the renter for all costs.
  9. No smoking, candles or open flames are allowed in the clubhouse and/or deck areas.
  10. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises.
